^{A package tour is combination of various services in a single bowl of combined trip. Generally a package tour include accommodation, accessibility and amenities and all these sold together by a vendor known as travel agency or tour operator. ^{At present, several Indian and Foreign travel agencies offers independent tour package to inbound as well as out bound tourist. For example Foreign Independent Travel (FITs) and Domestic Independent travel(DITs)}

^{When a travel agency include an extra service i.e tour escorts for the tourist. Tour escorts are the person who guide the tourist step by step from the beginning of the tour to the ending of the tour. The main job of the escorts are receiving the tourist from airport, assist them through custom clearance and other travel facilities.}

^{These type of tours packages are mainly prepare  for those tourist who visit different country for the first time. The escort’s responsibilities and duties are to provide proper information, assist the group from the origin to destination.}

^{3.Hosted Tours}

^{When an agency utilize the service of another travel agency at a particular destination because the agency cannot host its tourist at that destination so it take help of other travel agency. For example when a group of tourist from USA come to India. When the group arrive at the airport in India, they are greeted by TCI which assist them in clearing the baggage and transfer them to a hotel. Here TCI is the tour host which provide them various travel services however when the similar group of tourist arrives at different destination in India is is guided by the different travel agency.}

^{4.Incentive Tours}

^{When a company offers its employee a free tour package to motivate and increase the moral of the employees. It is a motivational programme and fully paid holiday given to employees as reward for their exceptional work. These tours are offered basically to increase output, improve image and specially to earn long term loyalty of the employee.}

^{5.Freedom Tours}

^{This tour are to provide more convenience to the tourist and prepared as per the tourist selection. The tourist are free to choose and plant how they want to travel, when they want to travel and where they want to travel all these decisions are taken by the tourist himself. The tourist can be an individual, family or any other group.}
